SCHOOL BUILDING

School History

Greenwood House School was set up on the 9th of January 1995 by Mrs M.I Durand, an educationist of over 35 years experience who is the principal, and Mrs T.E. Abudu, a lawyer and Chartered Administrator who is the school’s Administrator.

The School started with 24 students at No. 8 Omo-Osagie Street, South-West, Ikoyi, Lagos. By 1998 the school had grown and had to take another building to accommodate the children. Within a relatively short period, the school grew to its maximum capacity of about 650 children and has maintained that number since.

In September 2003 the school moved to its permanent site i.e our present premises, which, to the glory of God, is a purpose built building with spacious classrooms, better facilities and expansive playgrounds.
